About the role
This role will be responsible for undertaking development activities required to deliver IT solutions that meet the business needs. Estimate and carry out systems development work to time, budget and quality targets and in accordance with appropriate standards.Resolves technical development issues that may arise during the whole development lifecycle.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities- Strategy Execution: Deliver high-quality development work on time and budget, ensuring solutions meet business needs, are supportable, and adaptable. Collaborate with teams on project estimates and requirements, proactively addressing potential issues.
- Technical Design & Testing: Design technical solutions, assist in testing (System, Integration, and User Acceptance), and create/update documentation to enable efficient support and assess change impacts.
- Change Control & Progress Reporting:
- Security & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of information security standards and ensure all activities adhere to compliance standards. Contribute to post-implementation reviews.
- Customer Focus: Incorporate customer experience considerations in development, aligning with business requirements.
- Leadership & Efficiency: Suggest improvements to boost operational efficiency, acting as a change agent to enhance productivity and business value.
- General: Azure, AWS for CI/CD; Azure Dev Ops, Bit Bucket for source control.
- Frontend: AEM, React, Java Script, HTML5, CSS, Node.js.
- API Development: Mule Soft for integration/ APIs on AWS; AWS Lambda for backend needs.
- 6+ years as a full-stack engineer with expertise in Type Script/Node.js, AWS serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, Dynamo DB), API design, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloud Formation), and CI/ CD.
- Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3 and at least one Java Script framework (Angular, Vue.js, or React).
- Strong knowledge of security best practices, Git version control, and experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure SDK).
- Hands-on experience in testing, container technology (Docker/Kubernetes), logging best practices, and agile methodologies.
- Experience with observability tools (Splunk, New Relic) for system monitoring.
- Knowledge of UX/Ul principles, DDD/TDD, multi-step processing with Step Functions, and static code analysis tools like Sonar Qube.
- Familiarity with Microservices, performance profiling tools (e.g., dot Trace), cloud security, and the SAFe agile framework.
- AWS certification or pursuit of relevant certifications.

- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication for technical/non-technical audiences, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, with a high standard for problem-solving and priority management.
