Australian in our approach and unbound by dining traditions, creating venues and experiences to be shared with others.About the Opportunity:We are seeking a skilled BOH Storeperson to oversee inventory, stock control, and efficient deliveries.Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with food safety standards and managing supplier relationships. Join us to lead operational excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment!The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Demonstrated a minimum of 3 years experience as a Storeperson in a restaurant environment or similar Food safety knowledge is advantageous Exceptional organisational skills Demonstrated ability to keep detailed and accurate records Demonstrated experience in successfully managing stock levels and flow to minimise stock outages, overages and duplication Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office Previous experience with H&L highly advantageous Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team Excellent communication and time management skills Able to lift goods/equipment up to 20kg Understanding of OH&S and work safe practices Must have full work rights in Australia Working with Lucas Restaurants:We exist to see our team succeed.
