The Role:As a Retail Manager, you’ll be the heart and soul of our venues, ensuring they operate smoothly and deliver the high-quality service Yo-Chi is known for. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service. Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Product Quality & Compliance: Oversee product preparation and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Manage inventory effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team. Foster a positive, inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and empowered.
- Operational Management: Handle budgeting, stock management, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance regulations. You’ll also be responsible for administrative tasks like opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting.
