Senior Customer Success Consultant

Bloomreach is looking for a dynamic and proactive internal team member to help establish and grow our presence in Australia. In this hybrid role as a Customer Success Manager and Business Consultant, and requires a broad grasp of both roles, the technical requirements for customers to be successful and an openness to learn about the local partner ecosystem.
You will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities, building successful partnerships, and supporting our customers locally. Directly reporting into a newly hired APAC Leader, alongside an Account Executive and dotted line reporting into CS leadership you will be instrumental in laying the foundation for Bloomreach's long-term success in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- New Business Development:
- Collaborate with the locally hired Account Executive to support new business opportunities.
- Support product demonstrations and articulate the value creation potential of Bloomreach (predominantly Engagement) to prospects.
- Showcase relevant case studies and unique value propositions that highlight Bloomreach’s impact on customers.
- Partner Ecosystem Development:
- Identify, onboard, and nurture the success of our first local partners.
- Leverage resources and best practices from the Academy and EMEA partner enablement initiatives to build a scalable partner ecosystem.
- Customer Success & Support:
- Serve as the local point of contact for new customers, ensuring seamless onboarding and success in collaboration with the delivery team operating in different time zones (Middle East or UK/CEE).
- Work closely with a CSM based in Dubai with responsibility for Australian customers working adjusted hours to provide better local coverage
- Partner with a TC based in Dubai with responsibility for Australian customers
- Partner with CS leadership in EMEA and growth operations globally to develop and monitor a CS metrics understand leading and lagging indicators related to customer health and success (time to value, adoption, grr, nrr, etc)
- Market Insights & Product Feedback:
- Act as the voice of the local market, providing insights to the Product team on region-specific needs, such as integrations, to support long-term sustainability.
- Marketing & Demand Generation Input:
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation teams, and the local Account Executive to prioritize verticals with high potential for success.
- Identify unique value propositions and narratives tailored to the region’s market dynamics.
- Masters Degree in Financial Management, plus 5 years experience
- Proven experience in customer success, business consulting, and/or business development.
- Strong ability to demo technical products and communicate value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with partner enablement and ecosystem building is highly desirable.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across time zones and remote teams.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to provide actionable feedback to cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to take initiative and adapt in a new, emerging market environment.
