The boutique hotels, restaurants and estates are unique to the Port Stephens and Ulladulla regions of New South Wales and provide an immersive journey through Australia’s most visited tourism destinations. The portfolio consists of irreplaceable locations, all with significant landholdings and signature restaurants such as Rick Stein’s Restaurant at both locations.

- Julio’s Port Stephens Restaurant;
- Cheeky Dog Port Stephens Restaurant.
- Bannisters Mollymook Retreat By the Sea and Pavilion;
- Rick Stein Mollymook Restaurant;
- The Rooftop Mollymook Restaurant.
Salter Brothers Hospitality Group is seeking experienced Chefs – All positions (Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Demi Chef and Head Chef) to join their teams.
Task and Responsibilities: Preparation of mise en place for any of the food outlets
Follow Company policy in the Preparation and Presentation of meals.Adhere to all recipes according to Company policy.
Skills in preparing different varieties of cuisine.
Creativity and high presentation standardsAbility to create dishes with consistency.
Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes.
Ability to contribute to menu planning.
Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements.
Train and manage cooks and kitchen staff.
Achieving all safety, hygiene, and food quality
Manage daily kitchen operations including ordering stock.
Adhere to all OH&S Policies and Regulations
Skills and Experience: Relevant qualification in the hospitality industry
At least 2 years of relevant experience.Demonstrated ability to lead a team and get results.
Exceptional organisation and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of budgets and forecasting.
