Technical Account Manager - Hybrid - up to $160k + super
Robert Half are exclusively engaged with an MSP in Brisbane who are looking to fill a key role in their projects team. This is an opportunity to join a stable business, who's client is a 2000+ seat organisation, and supporting them through a large-scale infrastructure refresh program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage they key client for the organisation, ensuring their engagement and commitment on projects
- Act as the conduit between the client and the technical resources, feeding work through to the projects team
- Plan workloads and build structure for the projects team
- Issue management and coordination
- Effective management of multiple stakeholders within the client, ensuring alignment on their pipeline of work
Experience Required:
- 5+ years' experience in a projects focused IT role, either on the managed service or client side
- Experience delivering large scale IT infrastructure projects
- Experience engaging with high level stakeholders
- Demonstrate a good understanding of ITIL framework and methodologies
- Demonstrate an understanding of 365, licensing, basic infrastructure and network theories
Desired Qualifications:
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Information Systems
- Certification in the Microsoft/Cisco space
- ITIL v4
