Job Title: ICT Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join our team. ICT Business Analysts work with clients to identify business needs, analyze systems, and develop technical solutions that improve business processes. They play a critical role in bridging the gap between IT teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of ICT projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ICT solutions.
- Analyze existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending ICT solutions.
- Develop detailed business cases, functional specifications, and project documentation.
- Work with technical teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Support project planning, execution, and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
- Conduct data analysis to drive business decisions and optimize processes.
- Ensure ongoing communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to resolve issues and ensure project success.
- Stay updated on ICT trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with business process modeling, data analysis, and project management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ERP systems, and cloud solutions.
- Australian Residency, valid Driver’s License, and fluency in English.
- ICT-related certifications (e.g., CBAP, Agile, or PRINCE2) preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex ICT environments.
- Knowledge of business intelligence and data analytics tools.
