Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cook/Chef specializing in Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in an Indian restaurant and be proficient in preparing a wide range of traditional Indian dishes.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of Indian dishes, ensuring quality and authenticity.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following health and safety regulations.
- Assist with menu development and suggest creative new dishes as needed.
- Monitor food stock, order supplies, and manage inventory as required.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in an Indian restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and traditional recipes.
- Ability to commute to Bedford Park, Adelaide.
- Availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
- Strong attention to detail, good time management, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
