This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the continued success and expansion of our restaurant.The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting high-quality BBQ chicken, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality and efficient service.
- Develop and implement purchasing, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Promote and advertise the menu offerings.
- Engage with customers, providing knowledgeable advice on product options, including
- Maintain accurate stock records and oversee financial transactions.
- Prepare budgets and manage cost control for store operations.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
- Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety requirements.
- A qualification in Retail Management and Leadership and Management is essential.
- Proficiency in retail management software is highly desirable.
- Must have minimum 2 years work experience and qualifications in retail management.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced retail food outlet.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for customer service and team
leadership.
