The Company

We are working with a reputable organisation, located in Castle Hill, who are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team. You will be working with a well-known brand, renowned Globally, within a small knit finance team. You will be passionate about Accounts Payable; love working within a family feel team and can wear multiple hats when it comes to collaborating and working cohesively as a team!

The Role

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Processing of invoices daily
Coding of invoices
Assisting with weekly and monthly payment runs
Vendor and Supplier Reconciliations
Administration Tasks: Sorting & Distributing mail, general filing, data entry
Ad hoc tasks as required by the Accounts Payable Supervisor

To be considered for the position you will have the following attributes

Full function Accounts Payable / Finance Administration experience
Excel: Experience with Pivot Tables / Vlookups - essential
Excellent communication both verbal and written
Happy to work within a small knit team (supportive / great culture)
