What you'll be doing
Preparing and cooking a variety of Italian inspired dishes to high quality standards
Ensuring all food preparation and cooking is completed in a timely and efficient manner
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment in the kitchen
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Collaborating with the wider kitchen team to deliver an outstanding dining experience for our customers
What we're looking for
Relevant experience as a Chef or Cook, preferably within an Italian or fine dining restaurant
Excellent culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
