ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• To fully comply with the JBS safety management system
• To fully comply with the JBS food safety system
• To fully comply with the JBS environmental standards
• Communicating plant issues to the Facility Supervisor.
• Working cooperatively with all site personnel.
• Operation and maintenance of the plants including routine tasks, preventive tasks, fault diagnosis, and repair
• Ensure all duties are performed as per the agreed Work Method Statements, Procedures, Safe Work Instructions, and the Permit-to-work system
• Perform general housekeeping of plant, equipment, buildings, structures, and surrounds
• Other duties as required.

• Know and be familiar with company processes, operating procedures, and policies for your role
• Meet all requirements as stated in the Primo Employee Handbook

• Report all workplace incidents, accidents, and hazards immediately and rectify minor hazards that can be safely controlled
• Ensure all maintenance work is undertaken safely both for the worker undertaking the work and the end user

• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Current Forklift Licence
• Experience in maintenance/repair in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic problem-solving and diagnostics.
• Understanding of work planning and scheduling procedures.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Thorough understanding and knowledge of WHS regulations/procedures.
• Able to work collaboratively with factory staff
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong proactive and positive attitude

Salary range $75,000 - $85,000 annually + supper
