Receptionist - Dynamic & Growing Firm | Surry Hills

We're hiring a superstar Receptionist for a dynamic, growing business in Surry Hills. You'll be the welcoming face of the office while supporting senior leaders and helping keep everything running smoothly.
Your key responsibilities:
- Greet clients and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage calls, reception inbox, and coordinate boardroom bookings
- Support the Managing Director and EA with admin tasks
- Coordinate couriers, mail, meetings, and catering
- Keep reception and office areas organised and well-stocked
- Help with new starter onboarding and culture initiatives
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, professional environment
About you:
- You're professionally presented, engaging and personable, with excellent communication and people skills
- You're highly organised, and can juggle multiple activities with a smile
- You have 6-24 months experience in reception or office admin
- You're confident dealing with senior stakeholders
- Energetic, engaging and eager to be part of a fun team
