Permanent full time opportunity to provide strategic direction and undertake the operational management of a multidisciplinary team of health professionals providing assertive outreach-based assessment, clinical interventions, crisis response and case management to consumers across the Redcliffe and Caboolture region.
About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide strategic direction to the Homeless Health Outreach Team in line with organisational, state-wide, and national priorities and plans.
- Provision of advanced level mental health assessments (including risk assessments) and delivery of advanced level evidence based and discipline specific interventions, leading to the development and communication of a detailed formulation and care plan informed by key psychological theories relevant to the target group.
- Conduct regular proactive workforce planning and staff profile management to ensure uninterrupted and continual service delivery.
