An opportunity has become available for a Information Communication Technology Support Officer to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Support the Technology Operations Team in accordance with the approved Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Incident & Problem Management processes
- Assist as required with the annual application upgrade schedule to ensure they remain current and vendor supported
- Actively participate in a team of specialist technical resources in the delivery of complex technical solutions achieving agreed outcomes.
- Demonstrate experience or the ability to quickly learn Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management processes (primarily incident / change / configuration management)
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
- While not mandatory a relevant qualification or an understanding and working knowledge of relevant technical domains such as the End User Computing Environment, Hardware (including Laptops, Desktops, Display Screens, Printers, Bar Code Scanners) and Windows Operating Systems would be well regarded.

- Base salary ranging from $3 481.60 - $3 835.70 per fortnight
