CRM & Loyalty Specialist - Salomon

From our Moorabbin HQ we work tirelessly with our partner brands under the Amer Sports ANZ banner (Arc’teryx, Wilson and Atomic) to elevate the world through sport and we are excited to be recruiting for a CRM and loyalty specialist to join our Digital Team.
Reporting to the Head of Digital – Salomon & Wilson, this role is part of a highly effective and driven team of professionals and will deliver and own the CRM and loyalty (S/PLUS) strategy or Salomon AU / NZ, ensuring and engaging experience for consumers across our D2C landscape.

Responsibilities will include:
- Loyalty and S/PLUS: Lead our loyalty strategy through S/PLUS, maintain our current operations whilst further developing the program with our evolving retail network
- Consumer segmentation: Build and maintain customer segments based on customer lifetime value, interests and behaviours
- Email automation: Continuously review and update email automation flows targeting online and retail consumer journeys, driving repeat store visits and purchases
- Email marketing: Deliver high quality and engaging email content (visual and written) to tell key brand stories and campaigns
- Subject matter expert (SME): Be the subject matter expert and keep on to of the latest trends for all things related to Klaviyo, loyalty, S/PLUS and email marketing
- Reporting and analysis: Deliver detailed analysis and consumer insights to help commercial and brand teams make actionable decisions
So, who’s keen?
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience within a similar CRM role, you will have the ability to elicit engaging marketing emails and high attention to detail. Having a consumer first mindset is a must, particularly when it comes to our S/PLUS program, email automation and flows.Klaviyo and Shopify experience is highly desirable.
An outstanding knowledge within the Australian retail / lifestyle / sporting goods market is also highly desirable, the role will appeal to someone who is entrepreneurial and analyses data to provide solutions.
