SRG Hospitality - Akti, is currently recruiting for Restaurant Manager to join our friendly and motivated team at Akti, Woolloomooloo.
From 2 hatted fine dining to stunning waterfront views and relaxed café fare, the group is diverse, offering a range of restaurant experiences to suit every occasion.
Some of your main duties will include, but are not limited to the following -- Manage day-to-day operations
- Hands on management role, customer service focused
- Recruitment and staff training
- Ensuring high levels of team performance
- Relevant Diploma qualification and/or 2-3 years of relevant employment experience;
- Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure;
- Reliable, punctual and trust worthy;
- High standard of personal presentation and hygiene;
- Must work well in a team environment;
- Positive attitude and passion for cooking;
- Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements;
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Salary Package: $78,000 to $90,000 plus Super depending on qualifications and experience.
