The role
As the Digital Marketing Manager (Organic Sales), reporting to the Direct Sales & Martech Lead, you will drive leads and applications through owned and non-paid channels. You’ll create and manage content, campaigns, and assets across digital platforms to boost Tyro’s organic search performance and market position.
With expertise in online marketing, you’ll plan and execute organic strategies, create valuable content, and identify trends to position Tyro as an industry leader. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll optimise KPIs and assets to drive leads, cross-sells, and other business goals.What you’ll do
- Develop and execute strategies to drive leads, applications, and revenue through organic search, content, and media channels, aligning with business goals.
- Create and manage SEO optimised digital content (long-form, video, blogs) for the finance and payments industry, ensuring content addresses key audience pain points and trends.
- Explore and implement new digital marketing channels (e.g., video, social media, webinars) to expand reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to improve SEO, oversee content creation, and optimise web and paid media performance.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to refine strategies and meet growth targets.
- Strong background in Digital Marketing, with expertise in organic channels and content creation.
- Skilled in writing and researching web content, experience in finance or payments sector is highly desirable but not essential.
- Experienced in producing digital assets within a CMS and optimising them for performance.
- Proficient across a range of marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, Programmatic, and CRO.
- Well-versed in using tracking tools like Tag Manager, Analytics, and third-party platforms, with strong project management and organisational abilities
