As a Chinese Chef in Uncle Su, you will work with the team to ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen is at a very high standard.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Monitors stock levels
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all food leaving the kitchen
- Mentor and develop the Commis' and Apprentice Chefs in the brigade
What are we looking for:
- Chef experience required in a 5-star environment or large restaurant
- Chinese & English language skills
- Full work rights and flexible availability over a 7-day roster
- Experience driving quality and consistency, with a passion for a diverse range of food and a keen desire for continuous learning
- Previous experience with quality control in production and preservation
- Ability to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchens
