The business has been undergoing significant changes and growth internally and are looking for an experienced compliance professional to join their team.They offer an inclusive, and diverse working environment with hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
The Role
The Compliance Officer will join a specialised team and the responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Regular Compliance Framework reviews and implementing suggested improvements
- Consistent review and updates of the organisation's compliance obligations
- Ensuring adequate documentation and compliance measures are in place
- Supporting and providing advice to the board committees and senior management around compliance requirements
- Helping to develop and provide training to staff on relevant compliance issues
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Be part of a growing business with multiple career pathways

Your Profile
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate relevant experience with commercial credit decisioning and will ideally be equipped with the following:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience within a regulatory compliance focused role
- Experience in the Australian Financial Services sector (banking, insurance etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience
