Roles & Responsibilities
Pay: $65,000.00 – $73,150.00 per year

Roles & Responsibilities
- Passionate about hospitality
- Menu planning, estimating food costs & ordering
- Discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitians and kitchen and waiting staff
- High levels of hygiene also explaining & enforcing regulations
- Display professionalism & expertise. Quality control preparation & presentation
- Calm & relaxed looking under pressure
- Effective time management & estimating labour costs
- Enjoyable to work with in a team
- Ability to work in all sections in a kitchen & demonstrating techniques & advising on cooking procedures
- Assist in training of staff
- Correct freezing, storing & preserving of food
- Daily preparation & cooking of food, set up for service & kitchen shut down
- 2 years cooking experience
- Ability to work without assistance
- Good communicator able to take direction from management
- Food cost control, minimizing waste
- Understanding how to use all kitchen equipment
- Trained in food safety
- Experience handling meats & proteins
- Must be able to cook proteins on charcoal
