We are seeking a self-driven Business Analyst to become part of our dynamic ICT team. The ideal candidate will take the lead in analyzing business operations across various units and play a key role in enhancing organizational efficiency and profitability.

You will be expected to understand business challenges and propose effective technical solutions. The role involves defining strategic approaches to address these issues and guiding project implementation.

• Prepare and share reports on software development and implementation
• Analyze data to interpret customer behavior and trends
• Conduct detailed requirement analysis
• Assess and review current systems and workflows
• Develop, apply, and update internal procedures
• Offer guidance, mentorship, and training to team members
• Collaborate with functional teams to share insights and plan effectively
• Plan and run A/B testing for optimization
• Strategically allocate time to help clients achieve their process improvement goals
• Oversee budgeting and resource management for projects
• Produce clear and thorough documentation
• Recognize and assess potential risks

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in a comparable position
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience in business and data analysis
• Ability to work well within a team

• Familiarity with MySQL
• Experience with SAP
• Knowledge of Oracle systems
• Understanding of ERP platforms
• Programming skills in R and Python
