Description:An exciting opportunity currently exists for an experienced Sales Executive for South Brisbane region (South of Brisbane to Gold Coast including Western regions). You will be responsible for gaining market share within the building and construction industry across various sectors including Civil, Residential and Commercial.
Reporting directly to the State Trade Service Centre Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maximise sales opportunities by liaising with all tier customers in various segments.
- Creating and managing strong internal and external relationships with various clients.
- Prepare pricing strategies and quotations.
- Promote opportunities to supply value add products and services such as accessories by interpreting building plans.
- Liaise with Sales team members and Service Centres to collate advice on potential customers and projects and negotiations on supply agreements in line with pricing strategies.
- Establish and maintain a high degree of quality awareness, resulting in delivery of products and services of high quality.
- Liaise with Schedulers, Services Centres, Production and Despatch in the co-ordination of customer orders and deliveries.
- Sales experience in the building products industry, particularly with reinforcement will be highly regarded.
- Existing network of contacts and the ability to develop long term business relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills..
- Ability to research and target the appropriate segments.
