Product Management at EY Future Friendly
Product Managers lead multi-disciplinary teams to define new propositions and launch new products.
We are looking for a Mid to Senior Product Manager to join the EY Future Friendly team. As a Product Manager at EY/ Future Friendly your focus will be:
Making things that matter. We only work on purposeful projects — with clients that care and have the scale to genuinely help people.
Building happy teams. We don’t solve alone — you’ll work with a consistent cross-functional team of makers across strategy, design and development to drive positive outcomes.
Influencing changemakers. We don’t just work with our immediate product team — we influence Industry leaders, policymakers, and front-line teams to change the way we deliver services.
Driving future visions. We don’t work on iterative product improvements — we work in the change space where we can design the future of products and services, and bring these to life.
Requirements
The role day-to-day
As a product manager, you will ensure that our products meet customer needs and drive business value. Your day-to-day will include:
- Setting up projects with the right approach, context and team for solving each product problem.
- Championing product visions within product teams and communicating upwards to senior stakeholders.
- Planning and facilitating rituals and workshops to drive momentum, transparency and alignment.
- Monitoring team health and progress to ensure projects remain on track.
- Driving client communication to bring stakeholders on the journey and influence the direction of a product.
- Ensuring the product direction meets customer needs and drives business value, and roadmapping product features based on this.
- Supporting user testing through the creation of assumptions and experiments, facilitating testing sessions and synthesising customer insights.
- Empowering teams to do their best work by taking into consideration their subject expertise and personal needs.
- You are an influencer. You know how to build trust with your team and can influence stakeholders to support decision making and inform a product's direction.
- You are a product thinker. You have experience understanding user needs and their priorities and can keep a team focused on the user whilst considering technical feasibility and business objectives.
- You are a problem solver. You are comfortable starting in uncertainty and know which people, skills and processes are needed to solve a problem.
- You are a natural collaborator. You encourage collaborative teamwork, where each person is empowered as the expert in their craft to take ownership in their decisions and collectively drive the project outcomes forward.
