Are you ready to take on a critical role within our business? Are you looking for a role that will give you the skills and experience to build a career as an EA or PA, office management? If so, we invite you to apply for the position of Office Coordinator at our Corinthian Dandenong site.
This exciting pivotal role will influence a productive work environment by overseeing all site office administration requirements. This responsibility will have you:
- process payroll daily
- coordinate production recruitment from advertising, onboarding to induction
- invoicing of customer orders and processing purchase orders
- manage office equipment and stationary requirements
- end of month reporting for account reconciliation and processing of banking
- producing order confirmations to suppliers
- organising morning teas and quarterly lunches
- relief support for reception
About you
We’re looking to leverage your experience in office administration preferably with exposure to payroll functions. A team player who will contribute to a positive work environment, you’ll have open and transparent communication, you need to have the ability and confidence to cultivate positive relationships within our office environment.
As well as:
- highly organised and able to multi-task and prioritise
- pride yourself on thoroughness and attention to detail
- flexibility and willingness to support others
- have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- confident using MS Excel and Outlook, and able to quickly gain competency with in-house systems
- dependable, punctual and able to commit to Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm
- own private office
