Exciting opportunity to join Tweed Valley Hospital, a new, major referral hospital at the heart of the network of hospitals and health facilities across the Tweed-Byron region.

The new state of the art facility includes:

  • more operating theatres and recovery spaces
  • expanded emergency department
  • enhanced medical, surgical, and mental health services
  • enhanced ambulatory care services including more outpatient clinics
  • new interventional cardiology service
  • new radiotherapy service as part of a new integrated cancer care service

About the role

In this role the Registered Nurse is required to coordinate and deliver high quality person centred nursing care in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Standards for Practice for Registered Nurses, and the Policies and Procedures of the Ministry of Health (Mo H) and Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).
