What you’ll do- Store Operations: Manage new and refurbished stores, including planning, implementation, and closure, ensuring resource allocation and risk mitigation.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings, updates, and problem resolution.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets, capital expenditure, and goods receipt.
- What you’ll bring
- Strategic Influence: Ability to influence stakeholders at state and national levels across all brands.
- Vendor Management: Effectively manage and motivate vendor teams, ensuring optimal resource utilisation.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. Thrives in a matrix management environment and fosters strong collaboration.
- Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of current IT systems, development paths, and industry best practices.
- Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of the annual and daily financial budgetary process.

- Parental Leave - 12 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers . Woolworths Group will also continue to pay superannuation for up to 12 months (subject to relevant caps) while the Team Member is on parental leave (paid or unpaid). 4 weeks paid leave for secondary caregivers
