About Us

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and help drive the success of our venues.

• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient workflow and outstanding customer experiences.
• Lead, train, supervise, and motivate front-of-house and service staff.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, safety, and workplace compliance in accordance with Australian regulations.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and liaise with suppliers, especially for Asian-specific ingredients.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Create and manage staff rosters to control labour costs effectively.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning and implementation of seasonal or special offerings.
• Assist in implementing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and grow customer base.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or cafe management role.
• Strong understanding of Asian cuisine, ingredients, and service standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience in inventory and cost control management.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy dining environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends, sometimes until late at night.
