Sommeliers - whether you're a Junior Sommelier just starting out in the world of wine, or a seasoned expert looking for a new challenge, we have a role for you at one of our equisite restaurants. Join our award wining, hatted restaurants and become part of our highly acclaimed wine team lead and mentored by our senstaional Group Wine Director and industry expert Amanda Yallop.

Casual and Full Time positions available

Whether you're passionate about Italian wine and looking at our restaurant OTTO, more Australian wine focused at Bennelong or Firedoor, or looking for an acclaimed international list at Quay, we have something for every passion!

What we are looking for in Sommeliers

Experience in a wine focused role, whether a wine waiter or sommelier

Detailed knowledge of food, beverages, and wine

WSET level 3, or CMS equivalent

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment

Have full Australian working rights

Available to work nights and weekends
