Summer Salt is currently recruiting for Restaurant Managers to join our friendly and motivated team.
Some of your main duties will include, but are not limited to the following -
Manage day-to-day operationsHands on management role, customer service focused
Recruitment and staff training
Ensuring high levels of team performance
We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:
Relevant Diploma qualification and/or 2-3 years of relevant employment experience; Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure; Reliable, punctual and trust worthy; High standard of personal presentation and hygiene; Must work well in a team environment; Positive attitude and passion for cooking; Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements; Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
