The Role
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to achieve profitability, commercial, and risk goals for assigned customers.
  • Assist Relationship Managers in targeted customer visits to attain defined commercial objectives.
  • Support Relationship Managers in drafting commercial pitches, credit applications, and account-related activities.
  • Execute administrative activities related to customer management, working seamlessly within a team environment.
  • Proactively engage with customers to manage and resolve problems and requests efficiently.
  • Ensure the quality of work performed, adhering to deadlines and intervening operationally in urgent transactions.
  • Guarantee internal compliance with the Bank's provisions for the regulatory framework and other operating processes.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers in assessing the management trend and economic performance of the reference customer. Initiate corrective actions as necessary.

Your Profile
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate:
  • Relevant institutional banking experience
  • Prior relationship management experience or Institutional/Wholesale credit analysis
  • A strong background in financial analysis
  • Ability to work in a dynamic global working environment
