Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum

Night Owl is looking for a dynamic and motivated Retail Supervisor to lead our team at the Cairns Esplanade location. If you have a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills, and experience in retail, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers receive prompt, high-quality service and goods
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
• Plan and prepare work schedules, assigning tasks to staff
• Lead hiring, training, evaluating, and promoting staff; handle grievances
• Guide staff on handling complex sales and customer service issues
• Inspect returned goods and decide on appropriate actions
• Conduct inventory checks and order new stock as needed
• Ensure proper pricing, product displays, and merchandising
• Enforce safety and security procedures for staff and customers

Skills & Qualifications:

• AQF Certificate II or III in Retail (or equivalent experience)
• Relevant retail experience required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to handle complex sales situations
• Knowledge of inventory management and ordering systems
• Commitment to ensuring a safe and secure retail environment
