Accounts Receivable Officer - Part Time

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing and payment allocations.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to address queries and ensure smooth transactions.
• Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and cash flow.
• Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ad-hoc duties as required.

• Demonstrated experience in a similar, high-volume environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
