Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Transition Plan for approval by the Steering Committee.
- Maintain Transition status log for stakeholder.
- Review and assesses slow moving or stock item reports with agency delegates to create action plans within each stream.
- Co-ordinate, review and prepare readiness and change plans.
- Co-ordinate , expedite and track Agency stakeholder utilisation reports and decisions to optimise use of residual stock in each agency in preparation for transition to a new uniform operating model.
- Report key Agency delegate stock use that changes entitlements or impacts write off recommendation for approval / endorsements.
About You:
- Any experience working with large scale textile industry or large-scale corporate/government organisation is an advantage.
- Experience managing transitions from one supplier to another.
- Contract management expertise.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
