About the Role:
As the Account Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and expanding our early stage client portfolio. You'll focus on delivering efficient, digital-first service while identifying growth opportunities and creating scalable client engagement strategies.
What success looks like
Client Relationship Management: Expertly managing a diverse portfolio of clients on our entry-level packages. Your role involves implementing a sophisticated yet automated service model that balances digital efficiency with personalised attention.Supporting your client portfolio from onboarding to Quarterly Business Reviews, you’ll ensure that clients feel valued and supported, setting the foundation for long-term engagement and potential account expansion.
Growth and Expansion: Success in this role means being a strategic growth catalyst, aiming to transform entry-level clients into scalable opportunities. You'll develop a keen eye for identifying clients with high-growth potential, conducting thorough assessments that go beyond surface-level interactions.Through proactive engagement, targeted communication, and deep understanding of client needs, you'll nurture these relationships, preparing promising clients for potential progression to higher service tiers.
Performance and Optimisation: As a data-driven Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for continuously educating clients on the value of data and our client marketing capabilities. Leveraging our ArchiPro Business and Advanced Analytics to understand clients behavior, optimise marketing campaigns and drive organic performance improvements.
What You Bring to the Table:
Client Management Skills: Strong ability to manage entry-level client relationships. Excellent digital communication and engagement skills. Proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities. Proven track record of building rapport quickly and maintaining professional, engaging client relationships through multiple communication channels including email, video calls, and digital platforms.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities that enable clear, concise, and compelling interactions across diverse client profiles. Demonstrated skill in translating complex digital marketing and platform concepts into easily understandable language.Strong ability to construct persuasive narratives that highlight the value proposition of ArchiPro's services. Adept at tailoring communication style to different client needs, from technical deep-dives to high-level strategic discussions.
Strategic Capabilities: Quick learner with ability to understand client needs. Analytical mindset for evaluating client potential, entrepreneurial spirit focused on creating value.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated understanding of advertising and digital marketing, comfortable with digital platforms and self-service models, basic data analysis skill and a tech-savvy approach to client management.
Industry Knowledge: Ideal candidate would have experience working within SaaS, architecture, and design sectors, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities.
Collaborative Approach: Adept at working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions that enhance the client experience.
