One of our clients, F.J.C Design & Construction Pty Ltd, based in Northmead, NSW are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee maintenance and operation of facilities, including travelling to regional areas and staying outside Sydney, when necessary, in a professional capacity.
This is a full-time position for a right candidate.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Coordinate repairs and upgrades.
- Schedule field staff to complete maintenance & minor project works.
- Conduct regular inspections.
- Establish and enforce safety protocols.
- Oversee security measures.
- Develop emergency response plans.
- Prepare and manage maintenance budget.
- Team Leadership.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
- Provide leadership and guidance.
- Stay informed about regulations.
- Ensure compliance through audits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration.
- 2 years of facility management experience.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Willingness to travel to regional areas and stay outside Sydney as required, maintaining a professional demeanor.
Salary - $80,000 plus super
