Location: West Perth Salary : $120k plus Superannuation Your new role We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICT Application Support Analyst - HRIS, to join the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and security of our HR Information System (HRIS). This role involves monitoring system performance, managing user accounts, ensuring data integrity, and providing training and support to users.
What you'll need to succeed System Maintenance and Upkeep: Regularly check the system's performance to ensure it operates smoothly and efficiently. Apply software updates, security patches, and system upgrades to keep the HR system up-to-date and secure.
User Management: Create and manage user accounts for HR staff and employees, ensuring appropriate access levels. Provide training and ongoing support to users, helping them navigate the system and resolve any issues. Data Management and Security: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing data entries and performing backups.
Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive employee information from unauthorised access or breaches. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure the HR system complies with relevant laws and regulations regarding data privacy and employee information.
Generate reports for HR metrics, such as turnover rates, hiring statistics, and employee performance data, to assist in decision-making. Integration with Other Systems : Ensure that the HR system integrates smoothly with other business systems (e.g., payroll, finance, and performance management tools).
Facilitate data exchange between systems to maintain consistency and efficiency. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions to HR operations. Assist in the implementation of new features or system upgrades, addressing potential challenges.
Documentation and Best Practices: Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and user guides to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer. Establish and promote best practices for system use, data entry, and user management.
