Job Description- Analyse and interpret complex datasets to support strategic business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisation tools for stakeholders.
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights within large data sets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure accuracy.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve performance and processes.
- Ensure data integrity and perform regular audits to maintain high standards.
- Support the development and implementation of data models and algorithms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Data Analyst should have:
- A degree or certification in data science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong skills in creating dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in the Technology & Telecoms industry is desirable.
- The ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data governance and best practices in data management.
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Daily rate of approximately $450 AUD, based on experience.
