Key Responsibilities:- Set up bar and venue pre-service
- Engage guests and serve quality drinks during service
- Operate POS and manage transactions
- Clean, close, and restock post-service
- Support with food running, stock take, and general duties
- Strong cocktail knowledge and bar experience
- High energy, attention to detail, and team spirit
- Immaculate presentation and work ethic
- RSA certification require
