The Role
We are seeking an experienced Front-End Developer who is proficient with either REACT or SVELTE. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating dynamic user interfaces, developing and implementing front-end architecture, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js OR Svelte.
- Develop and implement high-quality code in a timely manner.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize application for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability and meet product stakeholder requirements.
- Create prototypes and quality mockups to demonstrate interactive and dynamic designs.
- Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and standups, providing and receiving feedback with grace and respect.
- Proven work experience as a Front-end Developer.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with React.js AND/OR Svelte.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Typescript.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and AJAX.
- A strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility issues, and ways to work around them.
- Proficiency in code versioning tools, such as Git.
- An understanding of SEO principles will be beneficial.
