Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of complex ServiceNow and similar solutions, leveraging best practices and platform capabilities to meet client business needs.
- Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities, developing compelling value propositions, and assisting with proposal creation and presentations.
- RFP Response: Play a crucial role in responding to RFPs, crafting persuasive technical narratives that showcase our expertise and differentiate our solutions.
- Platform Development: Engage in hands-on ServiceNow platform development, including scripting, configuration, integration, and customization, to ensure solution feasibility and quality.
- Innovation & Offerings Development: Collaborate with consulting domain experts to proactively develop new solutions driven by ServiceNow and similar platforms and offerings that address market trends and client challenges.
- Transformation Programs: Participate in client transformation programs led by Infosys Consulting, providing technical guidance and ensuring successful implementation of ServiceNow and similar Platforms.
- Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the Technology Transformation practice.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest ServiceNow and similar platform updates, capabilities, and best practices.
- 8+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on ServiceNow platform development and architecture.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in business development activities, including identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and winning new business.
- Extensive experience responding to RFPs, crafting compelling technical narratives, and presenting solutions to clients.
- Strong hands-on development skills, including JavaScript, AngularJS, REST APIs, and other relevant technologies.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
