• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering regular performance updates to management.
• Produce accurate and insightful monthly and quarterly management accounts, with detailed variance analysis and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Work closely with key stakeholders across departments, offering financial insights and advice to drive business performance, enhance decision-making, and support strategic initiatives.
• Continuously monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing early insights into potential risks and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements, while supporting audit processes to maintain financial integrity.
• Identify areas for process improvement within financial reporting and business operations, driving efficiency through automation or better practices.

• Qualified (CA/CPA) with significant experience in management accounting.
• Proven business partnering skills to influence decision-making across departments.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
