This role is integral to maintaining smooth operations, providing exceptional client support, and fostering a positive environment for our clients.
The successful candidate will be skilled in client interaction, administration, and coordination, working to improve service delivery and ensure client satisfaction while helping individuals maintain their lifestyle and feel part of a supportive community.
Position Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Manage daily office operations, including client service coordination, scheduling appointments, and providing essential administrative support.
- Oversee and allocate office resources such as personnel, space, and equipment to ensure smooth operations and optimal productivity.
- Collaborate with professionals to facilitate effective communication and resolve any operational challenges that arise.
- Develop and implement tailored service plans for clients, ensuring their needs are addressed with care and professionalism.
- Track client progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.
- Assist in preparing funding proposals and reports to secure resources for clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and government regulations in the workplace.
- Implement client satisfaction initiatives, collect feedback, and use it to improve office processes and service offerings.
- Support recruitment, training, performance management, and payroll functions, fostering a positive and efficient team environment.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring an organized and well-maintained workspace for the team and clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an empathetic approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage client needs effectively.
Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $70,000 - $85,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
