Contracts Administrator
O'Connor Contracting are seeking an experienced contracts administrator to join their team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Administrative support for the project, including:
Providing wide-ranging administrative support to the General Manager (Projects) and wider Project team.
Ensure contracts are administered in line with contract requirements.
Work to resolve contract issues concerning contracts, including time cost and quality management.
Assist with the development of a detailed project plan in line with contract and program and track changes as required.
Monitor time, quality, cost and budget and track against milestones
Ensure EOT’ & Variation Notices are submitted in accordance to contract requirements
Develop and maintain a positive relationship with clients and all stakeholders
Assistance in progress reporting and document coordination.
To be considered for this post you must meet the following requirements:
Have strong time management and organisational skills
Analytical thinker and someone who can easily adapt to change
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have advanced skills in Microsoft office - essential
Suitable applicants should hold a relevant qualification, or have at least 3 years of relevant experience. A legal or Construction based background would be preferable.
Salary will be approx $70,000 - 90,000 per year
