Job Description
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle, from invoice matching and coding to payment processing
- Processing both domestic and international payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Monitoring and reconciling supplier accounts, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
- Setting up new vendors and maintaining supplier records in line with audit and compliance standards
- Supporting internal and external audits through accurate reporting and documentation
- Assisting with month-end close activities and providing ad hoc support to the finance team as required
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role within a high-volume environment. They will be confident working with large volumes of transactions and demonstrate strong familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.A sharp eye for detail, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines are essential. The successful candidate will also possess strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to working with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
