Our esteemed client, CHN Real Estate Group, is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join their dedicated team. The company is a premier real estate agency located at Box Hill, Victoria. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for discovering and creating new ICT business opportunities to enhance market share and visibility by understanding customers' ICT requirements and promoting relevant products and services to meet those needs.
The annual salary is $95,000 plus superannuation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the management of the company’s customer management system, currently operated by a third-party provider, ensuring it aligns with the company’s needs and managing the internal ICT department.
- Managing the company’s online promotional activities, including overseeing digital marketing efforts, developing social media strategies, analysing performance metrics, and strengthening the company’s online presence. Ensuring better coordination efficiency and a more substantial presence on traditional property platforms and social media channels such as Facebook and Xiaohongshu (Rednote).
- Driving business growth and enhancing customer engagement across multiple platforms.
- Visiting existing and prospective client businesses to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities.
- Continuously acquiring and updating knowledge of the company’s and competitors' products, services, and market conditions.
- Reporting to sales management on completed sales and assessing the marketability of ICT goods and services.
- Preparing sales reports, maintaining accurate records, and submitting business expense documentation.
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with purchased ICT goods and services, arranging modifications as needed, and resolving any issues.
- Assessing customer needs and providing tailored explanations of products and services that best meet their requirements.
- Coordinating the delivery of goods, equipment installation, and service provision.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must have the ability to manage IT infrastructure and online marketing initiatives.
- Should have at least five (5) years of experience in ICT project management and digital marketing, having previously worked with teams to implement and manage customer management systems and lead online marketing campaigns.
- Strong background in overseeing large-scale ICT projects and enhancing online brand presence is highly desirable.
- Expertise in project management, excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of customer management systems, and proficiency in digital marketing tools, particularly for social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu (Rednote), WeChat, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Must have the ability to communicate in English and Chinese.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating leadership, positivity, and innovative thinking.
- Highly detail-oriented, with exceptional communication, proofreading, and reviewing abilities.
- Exceptional creativity and keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality project execution.
