About the Role:

Our Front Office team is searching for a Guest Service Agent who can elevate our guest experiences with new ideas, boundless enthusiasm, and a passion for creating unforgettable stays.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first smile our guests see and the lasting impressions they take with them. Your role is to ensure every guest feels welcomed home, and you will make their time with us remarkable by offering thoughtful, attentive services. Here is how you will help us achieve that:
- Represent the face of the hotel, offering a warm welcome to every guest who walks through the doors.
- Follow best practices in all procedures and policies, ensuring seamless service at every touchpoint and committing to the hotels high standards.
- Embrace challenges with a smile and proactive approach, always finding ways to make our guests experiences even better.
- Work closely with the entire team, from Front Office to Housekeeping, Management, Sales, and beyond. Ensuring every detail of our guest's stay is flawless.
- Always be aware and on alert of Workplace Health & Safety and hotel security practices to keep both guests and staff feeling safe and cared for.
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
