Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with admin and bookings for transport operations
- Support the team with paperwork, POD checking, and scheduling
- Provide general administrative support to the operations coordinator
- Assist during periods of annual leave with occasional longer shifts
- Learning and understanding key transport processes

- Experience in administration or transport support
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Flexible and willing to support the team as needed
