Job Description

Customer Order & Logistics Management
  • Process and manage local customer orders from start to finish.
  • Coordinate warehouse stock releases and arrange transport to meet delivery requirements.
  • Monitor order progress, keeping customers and the sales team informed.
  • Verify accuracy of service provider documentation and ensure correct dispatches.
  • Liaise with sales, transport companies, and warehouses to meet customer needs
  • Ensure accurate pricing on invoices and provide sales team assistance.
  • Maintain customer forecasts and manage back orders with the sales and logistics teams.
  • Arrange and dispatch product samples, maintaining the sample room.
  • Support the sales team with additional tasks and projects as needed.
  • Request, process, and verify invoices, packing lists, COAs, and other key documentation.
  • Conduct monthly stock reconciliations for third-party warehouses.
Skills & Experience
  • Supply chain, logistics or shipping knowledge is a must.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.

The successful candidate must possess a strong "can do" approach whilst having the ability to work both autonomously and within a team. A high standard of attention to detail and time management skills are imperative along with the ability to provide a high level of professionalism and customer service to both internal and external stake holders.
