Our Cyber Readiness & Response (CRR) practice is rapidly growing, and we are hiring mid to senior level cyber readiness engagement managers and proactive and readiness delivery consultants to work with our F500 enterprise customers.
With CRR, you will be part of a specialized team that responds to some of the largest and most complex data breaches around the world, as well as conducts cyber preparedness activities in some of the most complex business environments, leveraging a variety of tools and techniques.You will work in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment along with a diverse team of talent, in support of one mission - providing expert incident response services to Accenture customers.

You have the experience to analyze a clients' security posture, anticipate security requirements and help find right-sized solutions based on industry leading practices.You have a proven track record working successfully in a fast-paced, agile environment. You're a creative, analytical problem solver with advanced documentation skills who can speak to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The Work
You will be part of a specialized team that helps our clients better prepare for, detect, respond to, and recover from cyber-attacks. Engagement Managers are responsible for building and fostering positive relationships with clients during Incident Response and Readiness engagements.The work environment is fast paced, often with tight deadlines and multiple clients. Engagement Managers must leverage their strong oral and written communication skills to ensure the CR team and clients' goals are being met. As the first point of contact for clients of all professional levels, Engagement Managers represent the CRR team while meeting the client's expectations of exceptional service.
In addition to managing engagements, our chosen candidates will also work in a hybrid capacity, delivering cyber readiness solutions to client cross Asia Pacific. Typical projects might include:
- Constructing and delivering tabletop exercises and crisis management simulations
- Assessing and/or developing incident response plans and recommending improvements
- Assessing and advising around security operations to ensure best practices are in place
- Managing proactive services such purple team, compromise assessments, and defense validation exercises
- Helping to develop methodologies, process/procedure manuals and documentation.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
